Ingredients

  • 2 cups (1 pound) chicken cubed (Boil water and throw in for 1 minute)
  • 2 cups seedless grapes
  • 2 cups jicama
  • 2 cups celery
  • 1 cup mayo
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Boil water and throw in chicken for 1 minute.
  2. Mix all ingredients together well.
